Hi! I'm Jenn. As both a therapist and a parent of a child with ADHD, I've experienced firsthand how frustrating it can be when the usual advice and interventions don't seem to tell the whole story.

Through both my professional work and personal journey, I began to realize that lasting change often requires looking beyond symptoms alone. Our mental and emotional well-being are influenced by many factors, including our relationships, environment, daily habits, stress levels, and physical health.
