Helping parents of kids with ADHD move from overwhelm to confidence

I became a different kind of therapist the day my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD.

I always knew in my heart she had ADHD, but hearing those words confirmed was the moment I realized just how overwhelming that diagnosis can be. The worry sets in, and the search for answers begins. I saw her creativity, her fierce determination, and boundless energy to pursue her dreams—but I couldn't help wondering, Would everyone else see that too? Or would they only see the little girl who stared off into space, had big emotions, and couldn't stop talking?

As a therapist, I loved helping children and families navigate ADHD. But after becoming the parent of a child with ADHD, everything changed. I've sat in the chair of the worried parent, trying to make the very best decisions for my child while wondering if there was something more I could be doing to help.

That experience led me on a journey to better understand the many factors that influence ADHD and mental health. Time and again, I saw with both my clients and my own daughter that therapy, medication, or even both together weren't always enough. I wanted to understand the whole picture.

That journey ultimately inspired me to pursue advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition and develop a more comprehensive approach to supporting individuals and families.

Today, I combine my professional expertise with my personal experience to help women and families feel seen, understood, and empowered. Together, we look beyond symptoms to better understand the whole person and create practical, personalized strategies that support lasting well-being.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Whole-Person Support with You and Your Child at the Center

I believe parents deserve more than generic advice or one-size-fits-all solutions. You deserve a clear understanding of your child's unique needs, a personalized plan, and the confidence to know you're making the right decisions.

My coaching program isn't about giving you more information to sift through. It's about replacing overwhelm with clarity through an integrative roadmap that considers your child's emotional, behavioral, nutritional, and environmental needs.

Instead of second-guessing every decision or searching for answers late into the night, you'll gain practical strategies, ongoing support, and the confidence to become the expert on your own child.

Together, we'll create a plan that helps your child—and your whole family—not just manage ADHD, but truly thrive.

If you're ready for a different approach, I'd be honored to help you take the next step.
